The system has been integrated into the customer's production line to enhance product safety and quality control during the final inspection stage.
During garlic processing and packaging, there is a potential risk of foreign object contamination, including stainless steel wire fragments and other unwanted materials that may originate from processing equipment or raw materials. The installed X-ray machine is capable of detecting a wide range of contaminants, including metal, stainless steel, glass, stone, bone, and other dense foreign objects, even when the products are already sealed in their packaging. Once a contaminated product is detected, the machine automatically activates a drop-type rejection system, quickly removing the defective product from the production line to ensure that only qualified products proceed to the next stage.
